2. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Use our tools to send spam, harmful, or misleading content
Misrepresent your identity or coaching services
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our systems
Abuse, overload, or exploit any automation or AI mechanism
3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver your system, you are responsible for:
Providing accurate business information
Supplying onboarding documents when required
Connecting your CRM, email, calendar, and payment systems
Ensuring compliance with Instagram/Meta terms of use
You are responsible for the legal handling of the data your leads and clients provide through your systems.
Providing us with the required log-in details to maintain the system
Notifying us and providing the new credentials when changed
4. System Delivery & Performance
AvarioAI provides done-for-you setup and integration of your custom AI acquisition system. While results such as time savings, increased calls, or improved conversion rates are expected, they are not guaranteed, as performance may vary based on your content, niche, and audience demand.
5. Payments & Subscription Terms
All payments are due upon purchase unless otherwise agreed. If you purchase add-ons, monthly retainers, or additional services, the pricing and billing cycle will be disclosed before payment. We do not store payment card information. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
6. Refund Policy
Our 60-day refund guarantee applies only to full service packages and is subject to the conditions stated in the Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All automation workflows, chatbot structures, CRM setups, prompts, and system architectures created by AvarioAI remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred. Clients receive a commercial-use license to operate the system within their own business.
8. Limitation of Liability
AvarioAI is not liable for:
Platform outages (Instagram, CRM tools, calendar apps, payment processors)
Loss of revenue, clients, or business arising from use of our automation
Privacy or compliance violations caused by the client’s own misuse of data
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violation of these Terms, misuse of systems, or breach of payment agreements.
